5. Dance a good deal, laugh a lot more. Keep life as light as you can. Dance to music that you will normally avoid then laugh at yourself. Watch a comedy or read a funny book. Dance while watching mirror naked and recognize that your body is simply body. Life is so much more pleasurable if you are actually living it.
